About the event
Trees die in silence. Lalbagh in the last two years has had a many giants fall and vanish overnight without much public attention. This is my attempt to gather all tree huggers and lovers to give these trees a meaningful gratitude for serving us. This walk is a community event to share memories of trees we lost in Lalbagh through the years. Some of them include Baobab, Java Figs, Monkey Puzzle and the soon to depart Tipu's Mango tree. Each tree will have a small introduction shared by me followed by any memories any of us have had with the tree.
ABOUT ME
My name is Abhishek Khan. I am a research based artist, designer, and storyteller under the pen name: Hand Jobs Inc. As a designer I have designed the brand identity for General Items

- Please arrive by 3:55 pm
- Garden has parking, please arrive earlier for parking and walking to gate from parking lot.
Suggested Carry Materials
- Refillable Water Bottle (no single use plastic)
- Sun hat
- Sunglasses
- Handkerchief
- Small Basket to collect flowers/ botanicals (optional)
- Snack (optional)
- If you happen to be late, WhatsApp me for live location. No calls, as I would be amidst a very dramatic tale.
