About the event

While cryptography has primarily been the domain of war, this talk is about how cryptography has been used for love.

In Victorian era Europe there existed a flower dictionary which assigned meaning to hundreds of flowers. This culture helped lovers, especially women romance in a society that looked down upon overt expressions.


This talk will unravel that culture through one tragic love affair. While we sip on a specially crafted drink made from a local fragrant flower: Magnolia champaca.


These talks are meant to fight tree blindness and act as an extension of the walks I have been doing at Lalbagh. These talks off

DRINKS
